We Use NextRequest FOR SUBPOENAS
The Chino Valley Fire District uses a service provided by NextRequest for all public records act requests and subpoenas. Should you wish to submit a public records request, you will be redirected to their website in a new browser tab.
The district will notify you that the subpoena has been received and is being processed, and will provide records by the due date listed on the subpoena. A response may include the requested information or written notice if additional information is required to search for and collect the information being requested.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To submit a subpoena, click on the red button above labeled “SUBMIT A SUBPOENA”
All subpoenas may be submitted through the portal and are not limited to subpoenas for records.
You will receive a notification when the responsive documents to your subpoena are available. Information will be provided through the portal, and the method for pickup or delivery will be arranged for confidential records that cannot be provided through the online portal.
Records scheduled for pickup or inspection will be available during regular office hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for district holidays. The Chino Valley Fire Administration Building is located at 14011 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709.
