Effective July 1, 2021, defensible space inspections are required when selling a home within a high or very high hazard area. Defensible space inspections can be scheduled with the Community Risk Reduction Division by calling (909) 902-5280, Option 2. Our office charges for a defensible space inspection and requires payment prior to conducting the inspection. We require a minimum of 2 business days prior to the desired date and time of the requested inspection.
