Submit an Inspection Request
Contractors
Plans shall be submitted via the online permit portal via the "Access Online Permit Portal" link below. Contractors must have a current state contractor's license on file with our office before using the permit portal. To update your contractor license information with Chino Valley Fire, please contact the Permit Technician at 909-902-5280, Option Number 2, or via email to email Permit Technician.
Please note: If you do not have an account established, you will need to set up an account via the "Access Online Permit Portal"/ Activate Account." For additional information about the online permit portal, please review the document "Online Permit Portal Information."
Architects / Engineers / Permit Runners
Plans and permits may be submitted electronically via email Permit Technician or in person at our District Office, located at 14011 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, 91709.
If submitting in person, please review the document "Plan Review Submittal Process" to determine if the project is required to be submitted to one of our approved plan check consultants. An application is required to be submitted along with the electronic plans in PDF format or on a flash drive.
Office hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, Fridays by appointment only. Questions may be directed to 909-902-5280, Option Number 2.
