Since July 1, 2021, a hazard disclosure inspection is required when selling a home within a high or very high hazard area. Defensible space inspections can be scheduled with the Community Risk Reduction Division by calling 909-902-5280, Option 2. Our office charges for the inspection and requires payment be submitted prior to scheduling the inspection. We require a minimum of 2 business days prior to the desired date and time of the requested inspection.
