Contractors must have a current state contractor’s license on file with our office prior to using the permit portal. To update your contractor license information with Chino Valley Fire, please contact the Permit Technician at (909) 902-5280, Option #2 or via e-mail at permits@chofire.org .

ARCHITECTS/ENGINEERS/PERMIT RUNNERS: Plans and permits may be submitted electronically via permits@chofire.org or in person at our District Office, located at 14011 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, 91709.

If submitting in person, please review the document “Plan Review Submittal Process” in the downloadable documents section below to determine if the project is required to be submitted to one of our approved plan check consultants. An application is required to be submitted along with the electronic plans in PDF format or on a flash drive.
