Fire Station 61 serves as Chino Valley Fire’s headquarters station. It is strategically located in the center of Chino. The 13,000-square-foot station houses a battalion chief, paramedic ladder truck, paramedic engine, ambulance, hazardous materials unit, water tender, and urban search and rescue unit.

Fire Station 61 is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by three shifts (A,B,C).

Chino Valley Fire District reminds residents that fireworks of any kind are prohibited in Chino Hills and unincorporated county areas. State Fire Marshal approved “Safe and Sane” fireworks are allowed in Chino, except in the area south of Pine Avenue and the area east of Euclid Avenue to Hellman Avenue, between Merrill and Kimball Avenue.
